In today’s fast-paced world, establishing safe and healthy boundaries is crucial for nurturing relationships within our church communities. This video series offers insights and practical tools to empower leaders and volunteers in navigating interpersonal dynamics confidently. We explore key principles, share personal stories, and provide actionable strategies to foster an environment where everyone feels respected and valued. A discussion guide is included to facilitate meaningful conversations after each session.The videos are designed for group settings to foster collaboration and discussion. Here are some recommended ways to use them:Monthly Leadership/Elder Team Meetings: Utilise the videos as part of a structured agenda over the course of five months.Half-Day Training Events: Organise a focused training session where multiple videos can be viewed and discussed.Volunteer team meetings: Utilise times when teams are already meeting to incorporate this training over the course of a year.
