Luke Kaa-Morgan is Te Pouarataki mō te Hīkoi (treaty guide) for the National Support Centre, Carey Baptist Bible College and Arotahi.

Ngā Pou Amorangi was launched at Carey Baptist College in 2019 to equip students for gospel ministry within Māori and bicultural contexts. In 2024 it was decided that the programme was not able to be sustained within the Carey context. With the approval and support of Te Whāriki (our Baptist Māori advisory group), Rewai Te Kahu, who has been delivering the programme since 2021, has taken on the hosting of the programme from 2025 from his base in Northland.

Ngā Pou Amorangi is a transformational servant leadership development program grounded in Māori wisdom and Christian values. It is designed for whānau, hapū, iwi, community, and faith-based leaders. The course empowers you to lead with aroha, manaakitanga, pono, and whakapono—serving others with humility, purpose, and strength.

Through a blend of kaupapa Māori learning, biblical leadership principles, and practical application, you will develop the skills to uplift your people, strengthen your community, and create a lasting impact.

Course Begins: 16th June 2025 – Aligning with Matariki.

Enrolments Close: 14th June 2025 – Secure your place now!
